Why credits instead of a monthly subscription?
With credits, you only pay when you actively decide an inquiry is worth pursuing. No charges when inquiries are slow, no annual contracts, no fees for inquiries you didn't want.
How many credits does it cost to message an inquiry?
Between 2 and 8 credits, depending on event size, category, and other factors. The exact cost is always shown before you decide to open the conversation.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them. Promotional credits — bonuses and referral rewards — are valid for 6 months.
Is there any monthly fee?
No monthly fee at signup. No auto-renewal. You buy credits when you want more.
What if a host never replies?
Every unlocked inquiry comes with a 7-day response guarantee. If the host does not reply within 7 days, your credits are returned automatically. You only pay for conversations that happen.
What happens if an inquiry has issues we should review?
You can request credit restoration within 7 days of unlocking. We review each request carefully. See our Lead Quality policy for details on what qualifies.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as Zamala.
What is your refund policy?
Credit purchases are non-refundable, but invalid inquiries can be restored as credits under our Lead Quality policy. For billing issues or unauthorized charges, contact us at contact@zamala.ai.
What if I close my account?
Unused credits are forfeited on account closure and have no cash value. If you're unsure about closing, reach out — we can help you figure out if there's a better option.
