Yes. Starting a conversation with Zamala, browsing Pros, saving favorites, requesting quotes, and messaging Pros — all at no cost. No credit card required to start.
Do I need to know what I want before I start?
Not at all. Zamala is great for people who aren't sure yet. Start with whatever you have — "I'm thinking about a 30th birthday" — and she'll help you figure out the details as you go.
How does Zamala pick the pros?
She matches based on what you've shared — date, location, style, culture, guest count, budget. She reads vendor profiles (their specialties, past work, pricing, reviews) and introduces a curated selection of pros who fit best.
What if she doesn't have many pros in my category yet?
Zamala will tell you when her network in your area is still growing, and share whatever options she has. You can also save your preferences and get notified as more pros join.
What about non-wedding events — kids' parties, corporate, cultural celebrations?
Zamala serves every kind of celebration, not just weddings. Birthday parties, cultural ceremonies, milestone events, corporate gatherings, celebrations of life — they all belong here.
Is my conversation with Zamala private?
Yes. Your conversation stays private between you and Zamala. Pros only see the event details you've chosen to share — date, guest count, budget range, etc. — when she matches you to them. They don't see your full chat history.
